In a YouTube video the presenter Luke from “Grow my ads” a YouTube channel who lays out an entire thoroughly constructive video on how Google increases your ad-spend unbeknownst to the advertiser, with an intent to, I quote, “surreptitiously grab dollars”, and pray on people who are new or uninformed to the advertising.


Google may have misled dozens of business and government advertisers about the viewership of ads running on third party websites and apps, while charging for them, a new report has claimed. Advertising research organization Analytics reported this week that its research identified that many advertisers paying for True View ads running outside YouTube on other websites and apps might not be getting what they paid for.


Than one more personal experience with YouTubes mobile Ads that get prompted when you simply move your phone and do not actually click. Unbeknownst to the user in an attempt to increase advertiser ad spend budget falsely. This happens to me every time I walk the dog and move my phone while watching YouTube. And we can go on with more shenanigan's, but you get the point - this is a growing problem.
