Walmart Super Center

March 1st I went to get a oil change at the Walmart Supercenter #54819820 Callabridge Ct, Charlotte, NC 28216. Everything went fine, I went home and realized there was a long pin about 6 inches long in the sidewall of the tire. And I realized if I ran this pin over that would have been fine, it was pretty much flat, and the only thing I can think of is that this pin must have been placed in the sidewall of the tire. There’s just no other way to get it there.  if you run over a screw that’s different,  they can get lodged in a tire,  however a flat pin is highly unlikely. And unfortunately we were planning on getting you tires in 3 months. This means if I replace one tire with three very used tires, the car would not drive well. So I am forced to get all four new tires prematurely.

4 reasons Walmart is the most-hated retailer in America

Published: Feb. 21, 2015 at 8:46 a.m. ET

If your idea of shopping hell is a trip to Walmart WMT, -0.36%, you’re not alone.

According to a survey of more than 8,700 people released Wednesday by the American Customer Satisfaction Index, Americans overall satisfaction with retail stores fell 1.4% in 2014, after three years of steady improvements — in part due to rising prices. And some stores (ahem, Walmart, which just scored its worst customer satisfaction rating since 2007, securing the bottom spot on ACSI’s retail customer service ranking) fare worse than others.

While this year, Walmart tied with armed forces store Exchange as the worst-rated department or discount store, in recent past years, it’s been the single worst-scoring store. In 2011, 2012 and 2013, Walmart was the single lowest-scoring department and discount store on the list — a significant departure from 10 to 15 years ago when the store ranked highly.

More Than 50% Said This Grocery Store Has The Worst Customer Service

Few things are as important to a grocery store’s reputation as its customer service. Being able to find what you need is great, but being able to find someone to process your return in a timely manner or help you reach that cereal box on the top shelf can impact your overall view of a business. In fact, according to Forbes, roughly 7 in 10 people report they’re likely to spend more at a business that offers them a pleasant experience over a business that has nothing to offer them but plenty of product.

I guess the takeaway would be really think if  taking the action we took would be worth your time or possibly once again just submitting a report on insync.city to warn other people. Because most people feel this way about Walmart from the looks of it. And they do not deserve our money with this type of negligent nehavior to their customers. The question become, does convenience override morals? This really comes down to the individual, and considering how much people spend at their local Walmart on a weekly basis monthly basis and annual basis it is probably safe to say they should care quite a bit more about their customers then they do.  shopping at Walmart is not even as good a shopping at warehouse, which basically Walmart is.  my experience in general for most Walmarts is that customer service is completely void,  and that is the trade-off for receiving a slightly better price. The more I think about it stopping at a nicer store and paying a little bit more with much better customer service is completely worth it, hands down. Supermarkets that take a consistent amount of income from you each and every month consistently to put way more resources to make those customers happy and they currently do.  I would even go as far as to say, even and aggressive reward points system that pays the customer back in some way. Supermarkets could be putting more into their local communities than they do  and perhaps people who read this report will think more about that issue.
